Before we work together

A clear scope
from the start.

Can Waveform provide engineering while our contractor installs the work?

Yes. Electrical engineering can be proposed as a separate scope. Share the project drawings, equipment information, and permit requirements so we can define the deliverables and the responsibilities of each team.

Can you handle the electrical part of our building recertification?

Yes. We can discuss electrical inspections, infrared thermography, reporting, and corrective work. The structural portion is separate. The required scope depends on the building and the applicable authority’s notice and requirements.

What happens if the drawings or site information are incomplete?

Send the information you have and identify what is still being developed. We will clarify the missing inputs and whether a site visit or additional investigation is needed before finalizing the scope.

How are fees and delivery dates established?

We review the project location, scope, existing information, and target date before proposing fees and timing. Permit review, utility coordination, and access requirements can affect the schedule; agency approval is outside our control.
