Start with your building notice or existing inspection report. We define the electrical inspection, thermography, reporting, and any repair or follow-up work in a written proposal.
- Buildings & electrical equipment
- The number of buildings, electrical service arrangements, equipment locations, available records, and access to the areas being inspected.
- Inspection & report deliverables
- Visual electrical observations, the agreed infrared survey, photographs, and electrical reporting for the applicable building review. The proposal identifies the documents and professional responsibilities included.
- Corrections & follow-up
- Existing findings, required electrical repairs, permit or utility coordination, and any reinspection or updated reporting. Repair costs and follow-up visits are defined before authorization.

What information should I provide?
Send the municipal notice, property address, number of buildings, available plans, existing electrical reports, and your deadline. Include a site contact and any access or operating restrictions.
How soon can you inspect the property and deliver the report?
We confirm the proposed inspection date and report schedule after reviewing the scope, available records, equipment access, and current availability. Tell us your submission deadline when you enquire. Missing information, additional evaluation, or corrective work can affect the schedule; an enquiry does not reserve an inspection date.
What access is needed, and will power need to be interrupted?
The inspection scope determines which electrical equipment and areas need access. Arrange an authorized site contact, keys, and tenant access where needed. Tell us about equipment that must remain operating. Any planned interruption and the necessary precautions are discussed and coordinated before the affected work. Do not open electrical equipment or operate unfamiliar switches to prepare for the visit.
What will the electrical report include?
The proposal identifies the inspection and reporting deliverables. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include equipment information, electrical observations, photographs, thermal findings, recorded limitations, and recommended next steps. We confirm which electrical documents and submission responsibilities are included before work begins.
What happens if the inspection identifies electrical deficiencies?
We explain the findings and discuss further evaluation or corrective work. Electrical design, repairs, permits, follow-up visits, and updated reporting are defined in the proposal or a separate repair scope. An inspection does not mean that every correction or follow-up service is included.
Do you provide structural recertification?
Our services cover the electrical portion. A separate qualified provider handles the structural scope.
