Our maintenance services

Turn inspection findings into a practical maintenance plan.

01

Infrared electrical surveys

A Level II thermographer documents thermal observations from the agreed equipment and operating conditions, with images and findings for follow-up.

02

Condition records & priorities

Organize equipment observations and recommended next steps so owners and property managers can plan further evaluation, repairs, and budget discussions.

03

Recurring maintenance planning

Discuss repeat inspections, equipment records, and follow-up work around the property’s condition, operating needs, and maintenance objectives.

The proposal identifies the equipment, inspection methods, access arrangements, reporting, and follow-up work included. Thermal imaging is one part of an electrical maintenance program.

What to expect

A practical process.
A clear way forward.

1

Build the equipment scope

Share the property address, equipment list, available drawings, prior reports, and any operating or access restrictions.

2

Plan the visit

Coordinate the inspection method, operating conditions, site contact, and any work that requires a planned interruption.

3

Document & discuss findings

Review the agreed equipment, document observations, and discuss the conditions that need further evaluation or repair planning.

4

Plan the follow-up

Define repair proposals and recurring inspection needs. Maintain a record of the agreed actions and completed follow-up work.

Planning your project

What shapes your
project proposal?

The equipment and reporting scope drive a maintenance proposal. Tell us whether you need a single survey, follow-up on prior findings, or recurring support.

Equipment & site coverage
Equipment quantity and types, number of locations, available records, and the inspection methods being requested.
Access & operating conditions
Authorized access, occupancy restrictions, equipment operating conditions, and coordination for any planned interruption.
Reporting & follow-up
Report detail, repeat visits, maintenance records, and separately agreed repair or testing work.
Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Can I request a one-time infrared survey?

Yes. Tell us the property, equipment to be included, and why the survey is needed. We can define a one-time scope or discuss recurring maintenance support.

Do you work with small commercial properties?

Yes. Owners and managers of offices, retail properties, warehouses, and other commercial facilities can send their equipment list and project needs for review.

Can you help plan an NFPA 70B maintenance program?

We can discuss electrical inspections, equipment documentation, and follow-up work as part of a maintenance-planning scope. The appropriate program depends on the facility and equipment. A thermal survey alone does not establish compliance with an entire maintenance standard.

How often should inspections be scheduled?

The interval should be established around the equipment, observed condition, manufacturer recommendations, operating environment, and applicable maintenance requirements. We define the proposed follow-up schedule with you after reviewing the property.

Are electrical repairs included in the survey price?

A survey and the resulting repair work are separate scopes unless the proposal explicitly includes both. Findings can be used to discuss further evaluation and an electrical repair proposal.

What does the report include?

The agreed report can include equipment identification, thermal and visual observations, relevant images, conditions or limitations recorded during the visit, and recommended next steps. Confirm the required deliverables when requesting the proposal.
